Text Message Terms & Terms of Service

These terms apply to our text messaging program, to your use of garciajanitorialservices.com, to estimate requests you send us and to our referral reward. By using this website or submitting a request, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Text message terms

  • Program: Garcia Janitorial Services customer text messages.
  • What you will receive: texts about your estimate, appointment reminders such as walkthrough scheduling, billing reminders, service updates and replies to your questions. We do not send marketing or promotional texts.
  • How you sign up: by checking the optional text message box on our "Request my free estimate" form. Agreeing to texts is not required to request an estimate or buy our services.
  • Message frequency: varies.
  • Cost: message and data rates may apply.
  • Opt out: reply STOP to any message at any time. We also accept STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE and OPT OUT, or you can tell us in any other reasonable way. You will receive one text confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further texts after that.
  • Opt back in: if you opted out and want our texts again, reply START or UNSTOP. You will receive one text confirming that you are subscribed again.
  • Help: reply HELP or INFO, call (714) 215-9307 or email info@garciajanitorial.com.
  • Delivery: carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Privacy: see our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Referral reward

  • The reward: $100 for referring an office in Los Alamitos or nearby cities that signs up for ongoing cleaning with us. Current clients receive it as a credit on their bill. Everyone else receives a gift card.
  • When it's paid: once the new office completes its 3-month agreement with us.
  • How to get credit: the new office needs to give us your name when they first contact us, by phone, text, email or in the "Who referred you?" box on our estimate form. If more than one person refers the same office, the first person named receives the reward.
  • What qualifies: one reward per new office. The office must be new to us, and one-time cleanings don't qualify. We decide whether a referral qualifies, for example if an office is outside the area we serve.
  • Employer rules: if your employer limits gifts from vendors, please check with them before accepting a reward.
  • Changes: we may change or end the referral reward at any time. Referrals already named to us before a change will receive the reward described when they were made.

Our services and estimates

The descriptions of services on this website are general information. Estimates are free and come with no obligation. They are based on the information you give us and on a walkthrough of your space, and they are not a binding offer. Cleaning services begin only after we both agree to a written quote or service agreement that sets out the scope, schedule and price. If that agreement says something different from these terms, the agreement controls for those services.

Information you send us

Please give accurate information when you request an estimate. If you submit a request for a business, you confirm that you are allowed to do so on its behalf. By including your phone number and email address, you agree that we may call and email you about your request.

Using this website

You may use this website only for lawful purposes. Please do not try to disrupt the site, send spam through our forms or access parts of the site you are not meant to. The text, logo and design of this website belong to Garcia Janitorial Services and may not be copied for commercial use without our permission.

Limitation of liability
