Garcia Janitorial Services ("we," "us," "our") provides commercial office cleaning in Los Alamitos, California and nearby cities. This policy explains what personal information we collect through garciajanitorialservices.com and when you call, text or email us, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you request an estimate, we collect your name, company name, phone number, email address, office address or building, office size, how often you'd like cleaning, who referred you if you tell us, and any notes you add. We also record whether you agreed to receive text messages. When you call, text or email us, we keep what you share in those conversations, such as voicemails and messages.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically logs basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you request and the date and time. This is used to run and secure the website. Our website loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so Google also receives your IP address and browser information when a page loads.
We do not use advertising cookies, analytics trackers or social media pixels, and our website does not set cookies of its own.

We keep estimate requests and customer records for as long as we need them to respond to you, provide our services and meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations. After that, we delete them.
